Staff are amazing and helpful.... Liked: Convenient close to everything. Clean and efficient. Disliked: None.
Very good
This hotel looks and feels... Liked: Facility is spotlessly clean! Staff is friendly and professional. The room was AWESOME! Great views of the New York skyline. Bed was comfortable..walk in shower was very nice with liquid soap pumps. There is a Library in the building! So cool. Drinks and snacks are available at the check in counter. Disliked: Traffic in surrounding area is really bad. Valet parking is nice but the $35 parking fee is not. Elevators are very slow.
Disappointing
Don’t book here. Liked: Nothing Disliked: It smelt like weed, the carpet was stained and sticky, the toilet kept breaking, they gave us the wrong room and gave us attitude when we said it was the wrong room.
Cleanliness was mid Liked: It was a good fit Disliked: Cleanliness was mid
Liked: The Front Desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The location in downtown Flushing was close to many exceptional restaurants.
Very good
A GREAT first trip to... Liked: We loved being outside of Manhattan so we could SEE Manhattan. The neighborhood was really interesting and not something we'd experienced before. TONS of restaurants, cool shops, and a great bar just around the corner made this a really fun location. Disliked: We really don't have any complaints, but if I had to think of something it would be the outside of our windows were kind of dirty which made taking photos of the Manhattan skyline not as clear as they could have been. That's VERY minor though.

Otherwise, we had a great time for just overnight! Liked: We had a complementary breakfast given by a very respectful, kindest front desk receptionist ( Llyod) but we weren’t able to use it due to time constraints. Disliked: I have no negative experience in our stay. Jessica was even very accommodating and was very willing to assist me in printing a document . That night on arrival though, we just had a little hard time finding the hotel since the lighting on the front of the hotel name was dim. Maybe some brightness for a better vision ?
